Refund Policy

Ignite the spark is a sole proprietorship by Alpa Kapadia Teli. This website is the learning platform available to you for your self-development. We fully stand by the quality of our products and services offered on(include LMS website link).

We do not offer refunds on products and services unless there is a fault or error on our part in the service or delivery of products, or any technical fault as a norm.

For any issues please write to alpa@ignitethespark.in or call/Whatsapp on +91 9819552105. In case of an exceptional case, there will be a cancellation fee of 10% of transaction value that will be charged on the transaction.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You cannot cancel orders once placed. All products and services here are for your growth.
